Evidence based
This short course, over 4 one and a half hour modules explores what contributes to and what interferes with our sense of well-being.

Several threads of current research into well-being are investigated and techniques that have been shown to be successful in peer-reviewed scientific research are presented
The approach is not one of “fixing”, but one of accepting how we are and working from there using a broad, gentle approach, encouraging ease.
